Photographer: Lor Myers
Model: Lor Myers

Stock rules:

~ ALWAYS credit me as Lor Myers and link to my DA account.

~ If I am IN the photo and did not TAKE the photo - CREDIT THE PHOTOGRAPHER!!!!

~ Please show me the finished work because I am excited to see it!

~ You can post on other sites but please try to credit me still.

~ Do not use my stock in "rude manners" (example racism, child or animal abuse etc).

~ If you are not creative with it (example cutting out and plastering it on a background and that is it) then do not use my stock. I want to see CREATIVITY! You don't have to be amazing at photo manipulation but at least edit the stock to your liking!

~ You can sell art with my stock, but please if I am in the photo, I'd wish to have the high resolution version of it so I could do a print for myself. I would not post the high resolution version on the internet or use it for any purpose but myself unless agreed otherwise

I have to say that I like your new stock photos VERY much. I don't do photo manips; I don't know how yet. But, I do draw and paint. So, I may decide you use some of these or parts of these is a piece, if that is okay. I totally understand all of your rules and will comply, no problem.

Do you find it difficult to photograph yourself? I find it frustrating most of the time. I take pics of myself in the cloaks I make to list them in my online store and I find it extremely difficult to get it (the photo) just right. I very often end up settling for 'good enough'.

Yep they can be used for reference and what not. My art is in all my other folders, the stock can pretty much be used for anything, just go by the rules ;)

I am not very good at manipulations either, I'm just learning. I want to practice more before I just upload manipulations to Deviant Art lol.

It wasn't too hard. I used to have a remote which helped a lot, but it was stolen with all my other gear last year, so I've been slowly replacing everything. I just set up my tripod, put my teal ugly chair where I would stand and focus it on that, set the timer and run over. I barely had any time to pose each time though lol! I also found it hard to keep myself in frame. My hands or toes are almost cut off in lots and the dress is a bit in some but that is an easy fix.

Sounds like you need a model for your cloaks! Or a photographer lol.

Thank you.

Yeah, you sound like me, cuttin off body parts or clothing in a self-portrait. I have a screen on my digital that flips around so I can see what I look like. Problem is, when I take pics of the cloaks, I like to move to show off the garment...

And, yes. A model or a photog would be kewl. My husband poses and takes pics sometimes. But, he is usually short on time because of work.

Never fear. I will always find a way.
